Re: Bandicam And Sony Vegas

Sounds like you're missing some video codecs. I'd install a reliable codec pack, or VLC.

Re: Great results from my Borderlands 2 Bandicam test.

Well the cheap version you linked to is version 11, version 12 is the latest and is more expensive, but yes I was referring to Platinum. And it's cheaper on Amazon.

Re: Great results from my Borderlands 2 Bandicam test.

I didn't remember the exact numbers so I recorded my desktop three times, once in 80, once in 90, and once at 100 quality for Motion JPEG, here are the results. (Per Minute) 80q: 285 MB 90q: 297 MB 100q: 755 MB This shows you that you can get slightly better quality for very little file size, so why...

Bandicam tutorial with my recommending recording settings.

I wrote this tutorial video for someone who wanted additional steps on setting up my recommended settings. I still haven't purchased Bandicam but I'm hoping I can save up the cash for it sometime soon. In the meantime enjoy this tutorial video I made with the trial. Let me know if you have any quest...

Re: Want to purchase game recording software NOW!

You can choose for Bandicam to record lossless files like FRAPS as well. I find Bandicam works better than FRAPS in every way. I would never purchase FRAPS though I used it in the past before Bandicam existed. FRAPS hasn't even changed in five-plus years, it's very overrated software.

Use these settings I posted here: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1011

You can see the sample video I posted. Here's another I did with it: http://youtu.be/D-aX1LmsAOs?hd=1

The quality is great wouldn't you say?

Re: Problems with Dead Island, Guild Wars 2, and Torchlight

Looking forward to trying the latest update, thanks for your response. I do not use SLI.

My only concern is there any way to tell if the audio isn't recording properly? I would hate to do a long video then find out the entire thing has to be junked.

Re: guild wars 2 - two audio tracks = the same

Luckily I've only had this problem with tests. I'd be pretty sad if I recorded a long video only to find out that I didn't get any of the sound. Now I'm scared... :?

Problems with Dead Island, Guild Wars 2, and Torchlight II.

Note that I have a very new and powerful computer. SSD (recording video/audio to secondary HDD), 8GB RAM, 3GB video card, quad core, etc. 1. So everything was working well for two or three recordings, now Bandicam won't hook correctly to Dead Island that it was previously working fine with. I tried ...

Awesome, thanks for the info! I'll definitely be buying Bandicam when I get my next paycheck. Your software blows the rest away.

A quick question before I buy.

After testing a few I think Bandicam is my favorite. I plan on recording my videos in 720p since 1080p just isn't worth it IMO for the HDD space and I'm assuming recording at a lower resolution also saves processing power. So here's my question: I recorded a video in 720p using Motion JPEG then edit...
