I try to record my laptop screen using Bandicam and now I wonder why there is no sound at all, eventhough I already listen to audio on my laptop screen.

I think it works using encoding mode.

Using Bandicam when recording my face, I wonder why the resolution quality is low. Any clue why? Only for webcam, the screen recording quality is good enough.
