Okay, it seems like Motion JPEG fixes my problem. The Total Bitrate is at 33194 kBit/s. How much do I need for YouTube so it doesn't affect the Quality? The Raw Data is nearly 8GB big, which I can't upload. With 12 Mbit/s, it would only be ~2GB.
