1) What exactly do I take a screenshot on? Bandicam itself?
2) The MEMORY.DMP file contains items about a system crash, not a bandicam crash.

I have the same problem, and I tried installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++, and ended some programs, but it still crashes.

Plus, none of those options you posted worked.

Game Recording Mode: Works, but file gets corrupted after ending recording.
Windows Screen Mode: Doesn't work, crashes at any setting when I hit record.
