The current version of Bandicam doesn't allow you to make the intro and outro video.
We will forward your request to the development team.

We use 2checkout/avagate as an affiliate program.
However, it is very difficult to make money with this service.

Bandicam saves the option values to the registry.
If you use a registry protection/management program, it can happen.

All recorded files are saved in the output folder and never deleted until the user deletes them.
We guess you failed to start recording for some reason.
We are afraid that we have no solution for it.
