Hello Hulkster84, We were not able to recreate your issue. Please uninstall the current version of Bandicam and restart your computer. We were not able to recreate the black screenshot issue with RAGE.

Please uninstall Bandicam and install the latest version of Bandicam and the graphics card driver.
And then, try taking a screenshot again.

Hello, It can happen depending on the video file. Hello ozm8ey, Please check if you can record your desktop screen with Bandicam Screen Recording Mode. If you have the recording issue with specific contents, the contents you are trying to record might be copyright-protected contents and it is impossible for you to record such contents with Bandicam...

Bandicam does not decrease or increase the volume of the original PC sound when recording.
It receives the PC sound from Windows and records as it is.
