Re: Bandicam doesn´t start after update

This 8,9 MB file you linked isn´t the complete program file - it is just a little program that starts the download. http://www.youtube.com/v/xXv_3imgOgE A program that would require a download would be less than 1MB. This video taken on a virtual custom XP machine with disabled internet and turned ...

... What? It links to a 8.9MB installer, which can be executed on any offline PC.

Re: Quality degrades when more is on video

Is there a setting doing that or is that just how h264 encodes? Both yes and no. You're seeing the artifacts just because youtube's bitrate doesn't go above 6Mbps. There's really nothing you can do about improving the quality in 1080p, but... What you can do is to either capture at higher resolutio...

Re: Uploading to YouTube throws out a format error

This message means absolutely nothing and is actually a bug. Youtube supports these containers: ⋅ MOV ⋅ MPEG4 ⋅ AVI ⋅ WMV ⋅ MPEGPS ⋅ FLV ⋅ 3GPP ⋅ WebM And all popular codecs such as X264, Xvid, etc. It's been working for...

Re: Mic

Open Bandicam.
Video => Settings => Sound.
Primary sound device should Stereo Mixer or WASAPI.
In secondary device select your microphone (example FrontMic, Pink Jack, etc).
Now it will also capture your microphone along with the windows sounds.

Re: SSD Makes a difference

SSD does make a difference. For the OS/software, that is. You see, you can easily capture raw RGB24 or YV12 and your HDD would have no problems chugging it down. The average read/write speed in the middle of a defragmented platter is around 80-120MB/s which is 960Mbps. A 60 frame 1920x1080 raw RGB i...

Re: Game freezes when I hit record

I think I foud it out: "* Caution 2: AMD Catalyst 13.10 beta or a higher version supports the H.264 encoder." this is from the bandicam FAQ ( http://www.bandicam.com/support/tips/amd-app/ ) I think the drivers cause the issues. This is the direct cause because it's stated in the Support p...

Re: Bandicam lost some of the recording?

It seems that the cause of this was alt-tabbing to bandicam. Using the hotkey to start/stop recording is recommended. The bandicam's big Record/Stop button is more meant for windowed captures and even then you still can use the hotkeys. I can only guess when you alt-tabbed the OpenGL/DirectX window ...

No. Trial means 10 minutes of capture time + watermark. All other features are enabled. Are you using Bandicam v2? Which application/game are you trying to capture?

It sounds more like a player issue. Did you try using some other player like MPC-HC or GOM?

No. Most of the Windows users are using 64-bit version now (Because usually Dual Core or above + 4GB and above RAM).

Cry us a river. It's been properly optimized, works almost the same way as the old one did and is superior in every way. If you had no issues with the old one then you absolutely should not have with the new one, unless you're just trying to get some attention for being/liking "different"....

Do you have an Nvidia card? Go to the videocard's control panel => Adjust image settings with preview => and select Let the 3D application decide. Also try remove custom game profile if you've created one.

Re: Audio Sync Issue/Problem

I suggest you stick to 48kHz PCM. If you get gradual desync (gets worse with the time) then try these 5 steps: https://forum.bandicam.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2473#p8442 I could not fix your videos because your audio was already cut off for some reason. Also try using 30fps instead of 29.97 and ...

Re: Asynchronous sound with older games

Is the sound asynchronous in the raw Bandicam files or do you re-convert to some other format and then it gets asynchronous? I'd suggest trying to use VirtualDub in either case. Download Virtual Dub 64-bit or 32-bit (depending on your OS). 1) Open Veedub(64).exe 2) Drag and drop your video 3) Video ...

Re: Dropped frames

I tried using CUDA accelerated H.264 (CPU+GPU) since then. It's somewhat better now, since I haven't really noticed the framerate drops. I still believe that it might be 32-bit application and Bandi using the same CPU thread/core which leads to X264 not having enough resources (on slightly more inte...
