Re: Dskchk

Since you didn't bother to write down the key or save the original email:
1) Go to http://www.bandicam.com/buy/ and scroll down to License check.
2) Input your e-mail and submit.
3) Go to your e-mail and copy the key.

Re: NVENC Freezes the computer - No solution but hard reboot

I can think of 1 workaround. Auto Complete Recording.
Set the time/size limit, select start new recording and give a go.

PS. There's a newer version of Bandicam right now.

You're running an outdated version of Bandicam that doesn't support NVENC on post 352.86 drivers.

Request: FPS overlay toggle ON/OFF hotkey / Sound effect

Primary request: I'd like to request another FPS hotkey that will instantly disable/enable FPS overlay without the need of scrolling though 7 positions to disable and enable it. Exactly what "Show FPS Overlay" does. It's a rather simple request, yet would be really convenient for me and ot...

Re: Administrator lock out from delete file

This is an isolated case and everything points to the OS.
Bandicam creates files with "Full Control" permission for "Everyone".
Either your OS is misconfigured or you have malware.

NVIDIA 352.86 and NVENC

Here's a report. It seems like the latest drivers broke the compatibility. Trying to capture something results in infamous "Failed to initialize codec." Doing a a clean driver install doesn't help either. Rolling back to 350.12 helps. Can this be fixed or we'll have to copy in .dll files l...

Re: Issue with Game Freezing While Recording with Bandicam

If your container of choice is .AVI then you can restore ~70%+ of the footage.
In the root folder of Bandicam there's bdfix.exe. Use it.
It will reconstruct the .AVI file until the corrupted part.

Re: Fuzziness on videos while recording.

Then ask them what H.264 settings they use to re-encode before uploading to YT.
This isn't an issue on Bandicam's side.

Re: Fuzziness on videos while recording.

Not much you can do here.
One of the solution would be upscaling the video to 2560x1440p or higher.
Take your current source file, reconvert it to 1440p, upload and check the results on YT.

Re: Fuzziness on videos while recording.

You're obviously hitting YT's bitrate limits. Does the source .avi file on your PC look good?

Re: Corrupted frames

Hi!

I've sent you one of the videos in question.

I prefer to use .avi since I use VirtualDub w/o any external plugins for doing final re-encodes and merging, but I could try using the .mp4 container for a while and see if the problem persists.

Corrupted frames

After watching through bunch of my material I've started to notice that some videos had corrupted frames. First I thought it might be a problem caused be re-encoding. I didn't care much as it was rather bunch of rare cases. I've started capturing videos couple of days ago and I've accidentally notic...

Re: recording resolution, game resolution, monitor resolutio

Quality stays the same unless you change the other settings (specifically bitrate). 720p will still look the same when upscaled to 1080p. And yeah, you're just stretching it bigger, it takes up more space to show the same thing. It will look a little better on YouTube because YT has bitrate limits p...
