You'll have to stop it (and fix it later) as Bandicam will be hooked on the previous (crashed) target.

Even if it crashes you can stop it with the rectangle button. You'll probably get an error, but you can still recover the video file with Bandifix. Open bdfix.exe, point out the broken file and wait.
