What recording method did you use? (screen, Directx) Did you try the other one? If nothing is working try to light it up with eg. windows Movie Maker, that should work fine. Maybe Bandisoft knows an answer so... you could ask bandisoft for adding a function with that you can change the brightness. G...

maybe there is a problem with your CPU... you should watch for the temperature while playing games (e.g. with CPU-Z) . If the temperature is above 60 °C / 140° F that could be the problem... (but it could also be different problem)
