30-40 FPS is good enough.
You may not feel lagging.
(Regularly, movie is 24 FPS and TV is 30 FPS).

We can get 40-50 FPS while recording.
It's more related with the computer specs.

Click the Settings button under the Video tab, and uncheck the "Skip recording while frame is not updated" option under the Options tab:

One solution:
If you install Windows Vista, 7, or 8, you can record it through WASAPI.

Widowns Media Player can play 2 sounds, but Facebook can play only 1 sound.
