Record both sides of a Skype

Postby DennisTardan » Mon Dec 04, 2017 5:25 pm

Hello Bandicampers,

I just downloaded and want to use Bandicam as my recorder for interviews over Skype.

When I record Skype the other person's audio is fine.

I cannot hear my questions. There is just silence.

I have a W10 Lenovo laptop. The other person can hear me fine, there is no audio. I've tried to follow the steps to make it work.

I have USB headset with a mic. The other person can hear me fine but it doesn't record. I've set the secondary device to my headset mic but the audio bar doesn't register anything.

Can someone help me work through this issue?

Thank you so much ... Dennis

Thank you so much. I was able to record my audio after your guidance.

I have one more question: Can I record video from both sides of a Skype... Side by side pictures with Bandicam?

Hello DennisTardan,

We are not sure about recording a "video from both sides of a Skype... Side by side pictures ", but please try recording with Screen Recording Mode - rectangle recording.

If the link doesn't seem to help, please get back to us again.
Thank you.
