Problem with record of the microphone

Postby franco95 » Sat Jan 27, 2018 4:38 am

I translate this with google translator (i'm italian).

so to start the problem I have about the final video I get at the end of the video recording, I notice that my microphone is not recorded at random points of the video, also when my voice is heard after these points of silence of my voice this which I say refers to a point further ahead of the video , respect to what is shown in the video, then disengaging from what is shown. How can I solve?

Hello franco95,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Please refer to the following FAQ page.
https://www.bandicam.com/faqs/how_to_re ... icrophone/

We recommend you install the latest version of Bandicam first, and then choose "(Default Sound Device)" as the primary sound device.
Also please make sure that your microphone is correctly plugged into your PC.

Thank you.
