Failed to create file message

Hi, I'm really new to using bandicam and every time i try to record it says "failed to create file" What should i do?

I have 3 solutions for you.

1. Download the latest version of Bandicam
http://www.bandicam.com/downloads/

2. Start the recording target program (e.g. Internet Explorer, game, and etc.) as administrator.

3. Try Rectangle on a screen capture mode
