Super Hexagon FPS drop

As the title says when trying to record Super Hexagon my FPS drop to 30.
I have no FPS limiter enabled, other games work fine.

Since Super hexagon has no resolution settings I just guess you meant window size (full screen or windowed are possible). So Ive tried it in windowed mode and it works perfectly (Video).
But why are my FPS that low on Super Hexagon, it doesn't really have any hardware requirements and shouldn't impact FPS like this. Even recording Skyrim on ultra settings gives me more FPS. Please check this.

Is it locked to exactly 30 or is it just going around 30 FPS? The issue MAY be Vsync, because a lot of people don't know that it's an FPS limiter.

I don't know if you do, but I'm just asking.
