How long as it been since you last updated your video drivers?
Have you been keeping your system clean?
There might be a driver issue.
Also, take the time to do a memory test. You might have gotten a BSOD at that moment because your system tried to use a faulty memory cell on one of your RAM sticks. As long as that cell isn't used, you won't experience the problem.
Just an idea, but faulty memory sticks can cause a lot of damage, so it's worth it to test them.
If you have multiple RAM modules, test one at a time. Remove all of them, put one in, test it, move on to the other.
