It would seem that this issue just gets left in the hope that I'll give up or that it inadvertently get's fixed in updates.

i can't see the big different between 1.9.1 and 1.9.2. The game still drops in frames and are hard to play.

The thing is, my computer can play games without lagging and while recording but this is just a bug in the software!
This really needs to be fixed but seems to be ignored. There's another person also having this problem.
I'd have to use a completely different program just to record my microphone audio and Skype audio to not have these video frame drops.

Trust me when I say it's not getting ignored. The Bandisoft team works pretty hard to make their software compatible with all systems/games.
I know it's over 2 months since you originally posted about your issue, but it could (in theory) be anything conflicting.

What is your motherboard? As far as I understand it, you're not using an external sound card, and it might be some conflicting issues with your built-in sound card in the motherboard.

This one, correct? http://www.gigabyte.com/products/produc ... id=4502#sp

If the Bandisoft team can troubleshoot that, they might be able to provide a real fix for your problem. Although, I'm not guaranteeing anything.

Yes, that's the correct motherboard.

Dear godgodgodgo and WaddupBru,

We've never ignored your post.
But, we have no idea why you have the lagging problem with 'Win7 sound WASAPI'.
The second method you showed where I select WASAPI and select "Listen to this device" did lag. Same frame drops as before.
1. Do you have the problem when you uncheck "Listen to this device"?
2. Could you please reinstall your sound card driver?

We look forward to hearing from you.

I recently updated my onboard Realtek sound drivers and had a reinstall of my computer and the same problem occurs.
I do now have the stereo mix option which I selected to have the same settings as you suggested in earlier posts however I then did not have any in-game sounds playing.
It's possible that I didn't set stereo mix as my default output or something.

Could I possibly have some clearer details on the stereo mix stuff so that I can ensure that I'm not giving false results.
