Re: recording a portioned crop

I want to record a portion of a full screen window while running windows media player. Like a crop. but It's recording a different section of the screen . The result is a half hour of a wall instead of the section I'm trying to record. I have the full paid version but why is it so off center? I tried to record 320 X 240 of a full screen but its totally off line.

Please see the recording manual of Windows Media Player

'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode is better than the 'Rectangle on a screen' mode in Windows Media Player
