MPEG1 decoder - x64 support

Sat Nov 23, 2013 3:46 am

Hi,

Been a long time fan of Bandicam, just loving the MPEG1 codec - despite its age the MPEG1 saves produce really great quality, and really really small file sizes - which is great for those of us capturing lots and lots of footage.

However, Sony Vegas Pro 12 is x64 only, and as such none of the footage I capture with the MPEG1 codec works, as the provided Bandicam MPEG1 codec is 32bit only.

Is it possible to recompile the MPEG1 codec for 64bit use as well please, or offer a suitable solution (other than capture using a different codec)

many thanks in advance,

If you choose "PCM" audio codec, you can edit MPEG-1 video codec with Sony Vegas Pro 12 (x64).
