Bandicam doesn't support D3d11 implementation of Quicksync

I'm tyring out Windows 8.1 currently and was surprised and shocked that Bandicam does not support D3D11 implementation of Quicksync. Windows 8.1 supports Quicksync out of the box without display hack. But needs app support. Afterburner can do it, no hack required, it just works. Here a screenshot:
Missing D3D11 is a big flaw from Bandicam.
