Actually I get the same or similar bug. In Skyrim I limit FPS to 32 and it constantly jumps 32, 38, 32, 38, 32, 38, 32 while I stand still... it didn't happen on my past computer which had an older version of Bandicam (probably 1.8.6 or so).
Great to hear that I'm not alone, thanks for sharing your experience! :) If you are very used to FPS limiting from Bandicam like myself, here is a link to the older Bandicam version which Bandisoft sended me via e-mail. I hope it's okay Bandisoft, I just want to help people who experience the same problem! It's version 1.9.2: [Removed by Bandisoft - Please email us at bandicam@bandisoft.com to get the old versions of Bandicam]

I'm using it for over 10 days now and I haven't experienced any major bugs which I dislike, the only downside which I found that it's possible that it can cause a small mini lag every time you start and stop a recording.

I tried RadeonPro as an alternative for FPS limiting because I have an AMD PC, but I saw that this tool has decreased the performance and startup time of some of my games. And the RivaTuner program doesn't reduce CPU usage, you can check it with taskmanager or great better taskmanagers like Process Explorer.

I still hope that Bandisoft will find the FPS stuttering bug in their newest versions. It's not just a stuttering number, it's actually a stuttering limit.

Thank you, but I wouldn't recommened this for games which have an anti-cheat tool, especially Valve Anti Cheat, because these bans are permanent and tied to your Steam account. I had read something about a Half-Life 1 mod called Cry of Fear, and replacing the original opengl.dll triggered VAC bans. And I guess that this could maybe happen here too at the worst case, but again, I'm unsure :P

Thanks Bandisoft for your second e-mail and sorry for my delayed reply. I have tested 1.9.3 and 1.9.4 and I have seen that 1.9.4 starts with the FPS limit stuttering. 1.9.3 is not affected.
And sorry that I haven't posted much system information. I have asked a friend if he could also test it on his system and it was interesting, he isn't affected and he is using Windows 8.1. But I will post my logs first. (I haven't seen a spoiler command, so I hope it's not too long)

He hasn't felt comfortable about sending his installed program list, sorry about that. But I'm very very sure the programs aren't the cause anyway (had uninstalled Avast and was still the same). It's interesting to see that he isn't affected because he is using Windows 8.1, and on both of my computers I'm using Windows 7, and I'm affected on both of these, even though that they both have completely different hardware. At first I thought the hardware is the problem, but now it looks more like that newer Bandicam versions have a FPS limit stuttering problem on Windows 7. My friend on Windows 8.1 said there wasn't any FPS limit stuttering on the same games which I'm using.

I hope you can please look more on Windows 7 systems to find this bug, because it seems it's not there on Windows 8 / 8.1. It looks like as if this is the problem and has made the FPS limit stuttery on Windows 7:
1.9.4: Improved FPS recognition of 'DirectX/OpenGL window' capture.
Thank you in advance and I hope you will finally see and find the bug :)

Hello Testertime!

Do you have the problem with DirectX 11 games?

Thank you again for your answer :) The problem exists with every DirectX version, I had installed Crysis 3 for a test and it's the same there. Do you maybe have a tool which collects statistical information about Bandicam so that I could help you to find this bug? It is important for me to help you to find the error, because it looks like as if this bug will survive many releases.

Actually I get the same or similar bug. In Skyrim I limit FPS to 32 and it constantly jumps 32, 38, 32, 38, 32, 38, 32 while I stand still... it didn't happen on my past computer which had an older version of Bandicam (probably 1.8.6 or so).

My system:
Windows 7 x64
NVIDIA NVS 3100m
Core i5 520m 2.4GHz
4gb RAM
This is also a reason why I believe that it seems to happen only on Windows 7, thank you again PrincessBridget for your post. Bandisoft, do you haven't seen this bug on Windows 7 systems? It seems to be easy to find, but maybe it's more complicated than I'm thinking. If you still need more information, please let me know. Thanks

Hey again! Sorry for the late reply, sometimes I'm really busy. I have tested the newest version 2.0.3 and I'm glad to see that it's indeed much better with the FPS limiting, thanks Bandisoft! I have the feeling that it isn't 100% fixed, but something like 80%. It's now mostly very stable again, a lot better than since the FPS stuttering was introduced in 1.9.4 for Windows 7 systems. For example with a 35 FPS limit the number only changes to 36 or 34, not much higher like before.

I would like to thank you very much Bandisoft for listening to our problem reports! :)
