videos won't play

Hi
My daughter is using Banicam to record minecraft videos. When the video is recorded the Bandicam won't play the video. Any advice would be great. thanks

Bandicam doesn't play videos, media players do.
If you don't have any problems media players then download K-Lite Codec pack which comes with Media Player Classic - Home Cinema: http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-li ... k_mega.htm
Another alternative would be VLC player.
