i can't find the files from the capture shots i took

Hello,

1. Try Rectangle on a screen capture mode of Bandicam

2. If you can find the files with the Rectangle on a screen capture mode, start the recording target program (e.g. Internet Explorer, game, and etc.) as administrator.


3. You can simply change the saving folder of Bandicam to "My Documents" folder
