Sat Oct 22, 2011 7:15 pm

The problem is that i recorded ocer 60 min of my gameplay, the file says it's only 28 min, but look at that:

The timeline says 30:27/28:36, I've checked other players it's all the same.

Hello,

What is your file size? Is it 3.8GB~4.0GB?

If you use an old version of Bandicam (less than 1.7.3), you can't record over 4GB in FAT32 file system (USB or External hard disk drive).

Please download the latest version of Bandicam

The file size is 2.43Gb and the version is 1.7.4.
I'll try the new version though.

Did you try to use BandiFix? First make a backup copy of your video, than try to fix it with BandiFix! ;)

We have no idea what's going on your video.

Do you play in full screen?
Do you play something (Internet surfing or...) while playing?

Please let us know when you have the same problem.

We are sorry that we couldn't solve your problem.

Best Regards,
Bandicam
