Help with update.

Hi. i've been using bandicam since the giveaway day on may. recently one of my parents was using the pc and updated me bcam software that was full since the giveaway day , since then i cant record anything and it says that i need to purchase it because is no longer full version. i tried to rollback the software and still it doesn't work. iknow it says no future upgrades. but i really use it for making my videos on youtube.

any help on how to get it full again with the older version?.

Hello iHoax,

If you upgrade the giveaway version, you can't use the giveaway serial anymore.

The new version of Bandicam is quite better than the giveaway version.
If you use the purchased the Bandicam, you can use the registered version permanently.
