Problems with uploading videos to google drive or youtube

Hi, I use bandicam to record some poker sessions.
When i play the original video on windows media player they have perfect audio and video quality. But as soon as i upload it to a site to share the material with others there is no audio. I really don't have the first clue why this would be and its happened with multiple videos.
Notes:
- Original has audio
- google drive version does not play audio
- when i download and play the google drive version i don't get audio from the file.
- the file is precisely the same size as the uploaded original. So nothing is missing.
- Not just compatibility issues with google dirve because there is also no audio when i upload to youtube.

Hello!

If you uncheck the "Two Sound Mixing" option, you will not hear the first or secondary sound because Google drive or YouTube doesn't support 2 audio streams.

Please check the "Two Sound Mixing" option, and try it again.

Perfect that seems to have been the problem. There is now a low toned buzzing noise in the background though
Can I also convert 2 audio tracks in to the one so people can listen to my previous videos?

You have to use a professional video editing program to mix 2 audio tracks.

Bandicut (https://www.bandicam.com/bandicut-video-cutter/) will support the mixing function in the future.

If you want to mix 2 tracks together then you can use freeware tool such as Audacity.
