Extreme lag problems while recording

Hello,
Ive always used Xfire to record my Aion videos but it always lagged quite hard so i tried out Bandicam.
Appearently there is no FPS difference comparing Bandicam to Xfire, it still drops from around 60 FPs to 20 - 30, which makes it really hard to play.
Ive tried it with almost every setting and it just improves a bit if I record with extremely bad quality settings.
I run Aion from a SSD and Bandicam from a different harddisc.
Specs:
8 GB DDR2 RAM
AMD Phenom X4 945 (4x 3GHz)
ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series

Try lowering the quality of the video you record.
i.e go into bandicam settings and reduce the quality and FPS of the video. Also try lowering the size of the recording i.e 720p to 480p.

already done that and it lags a bit less but still a lot.
the case is, ppl with worse hardware can record smoothly in full HD and i cant.
it must be a software problem or my harddisc got fucked up by a virus or something like that but i dont know what exactly the matter is.

Did you try to disable or change the FPS limit?



1a) Disable (as shown) the FPS limit.
1b) if (1a) doesn't work, turn on it set at about 60-65 FPS.
