Bandicam says I'm not registered anymore?

I have he verification emaail and everything, but Bandicam says my serial/email is incorrect.
It may be because I totally reset my computer...?
I reinstalled Bandicam, but to no avail, it still does not work. I can provide the verification emails if needed.

We received a chargeback request from BlueSnap.

We had to cancel your payment/license and pay additional chargeback fees.
