Split game audio from ts,skype etc?

Whats the easiest, best way to record game sound, my voice and also have an audio track thats just for communication?

Currently impossible. Most recording software captures your Volume Mixer. It's literally what you hear and you can't separate the streams. You can separate your mic, but not the playback audio.
