Bandicam Crashing Metro Redux Games

Hello,

I am trying to record both Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux using the latest Bandicam.
The program is working fine with all the other games I try to record, both in full screen and windowed modes, but on these two games, as soon as I press the recording button (scroll lock for me) the game crashes to desktop.

My pc specs are:

AMD FX-6300
AMD Radeon R9 270x
8gb DDR3
Windows 8.1 Pro x64
Screen is 1920x1080, 60hz
Latest AMD "Omega (14.12)" GPU drivers.

I set Bandicam to record full sized @ 30 FPS using AMD App to record using H.264 compression and 100% quality.
The game is maxed @ 1080p in fullscreen running with FPS ranging from 40 to 70.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hello!

Please try some solutions below:

1. Uncheck "Use enhanced capture method", and try it again. (No. 3 and No. 4)


2. Choose the "Motion JPEG and PCM" codecs, and try it again.


3. Change the recording hotkey from "Scroll lock" to another key, and try it again.

4. Reinstall your latest graphics card driver, and try it again.

5. Disable your anti-virus program and try it again.
