We've tried Windows 10 (x64), but we couldn't see the error message like yours.

When do you see the error message?
(When you start Bandicam or when you press the record button?....)

Perhaps I did not explain - Bandicam works great...
but there are no rules when the program that throws an error at startup...see here :

I'm not an expert (also not a novice) but I could not find what it is ? I do not mind much - just wanted to point out the "possible" problem.
Now,maybe a problem in Win 10 (Build 10041) which is still "Preview" and full of bugs,best regards...

I got the same problem today and i also using windows 10 technical preview (64bit). In my case i solved the problem by manually installing pending updates of Windows OS. As a software developer i know about some other software packages you cannot install/run if pending updates are available. So check it and try to bring up your system to the very last updates. Hope it helps also for you
