Video Artifacting while rendering

Tue Nov 22, 2011 12:19 pm

I've noticed at times that when rendering, some video artifacts might occur in Sony Vegas, Idk yet if this is due to the issue I mentioned in my other thread, but if there is a solution to this problem, please let me know :|

Here's Video of what i'm talking about:

yea, I think it only happens whenever that video glitch happens... any chance there might be a fix to prevent this glitch from occurring?

Hi cadc,

Thank you for your screenshot and video.

1. Which codec did you use?
You have to use "Motion JPEG codec" to edit in Sony Vegas

2. About the distortion image.

Hi,

I think you can use "Mpeg-1 and PCM" codec in Sony Vegas.

However, the best codec for editing is "MJPEG and PCM" codec.
