Video Files do not show up in output folder.

Hello!
I have had Bandicam for a while now and love it. I use it on 2 different computers, 1 running win7, the other running win8. Recently I have been unable to find or see any of my recorded videos on the windows 8 computer.
I have changed compatability settings, uninstalled and reinstalled, changed output folder locations, replaced the output folder all together, and the folder its self still only says "empty".
I know the videos exist because I can access them from the bandicam consol, but I cant find the files them selves to import to my video edditor.
Any help on this would be appreciated, I've tried everything I could find online thus far.

Did you try to "Open" the folder from Bandicam?



On the right of "Output folder" [1] click on "Open".

I have opened the output folder from bandicam yes. Here are two screen shots that highlight my problem:

I Just actually figured out the issue looking more closely at file names in my own pictures
The issue was the files were being published to the admin account on the computer. For some reason bandicam used that location by default.

If anyone else has this issue just try going to your output settings and setting your output to : C:/Users - [Desired User account] - Documents - Bandicam.
All your recordings should post to the right place after that.
