Recorded files not working. Please help.

I have used bandicam fine for almost a year. This started happening today. Every time I record, when I go to my files to watch it back I get this error (see the attached image) It is only with recording, screenshots work fine, I used bandicam to capture the error message. I am computer stupid so any help would be great.

Does your Bandicam start as administrator?
Go to the install directory and open up bdfix, select the file and see what happens.
