I broke my old PC laptop recently, so we are getting a new desktop soon. I have been using Bandicam for about a year now, and was looking forward to making even faster videos on the new desktop. However, we payed good money for Bandicam. Would we need to pay again to download it on this computer?

If you uninstall the registered Bandicam, you can re-use/transfer the license to another computer.

Thank you. The only problem is I can't uninstall it; I have no way of accessing the broken computer. Any other options?

EDIT: Just looked at the link you sent. I read "If you format your computer or your computer is broken, you can re-use/transfer the license to another computer."

How do I go about transferring the license?

^Install Bandicam on your new machine, use your key, done.

You'd be violating TOS if you had same key running on different machines at the same time.
