Hi,
upgraded to Windows10, like a lot of people have recently. Clean install, bandicam latest installed. Two games tested. Heroes of the Storm, and World of Warcraft. By default windows 10 comes with functionality to record game footage, called GameDVR.. it also has on screen controls for recording called the Game Bar.
HotS doesn't show the windows game bar (It's probably not detected as a game yet in Windows 10), WoW does.
Bandicam shows the FPS counter in HotS, but not in WoW (when configured to use Dirext X 11. It displays fine in Direct X 9).
I have tried disabling GameDVR and rebooting to no avail.
Hi Shep, if I may pop in on this, I realize that this may not directly help you but my FPS counter shows up in Windows 10, with the Game DVR running, in DirectX 11.
I will attach a screenshot here, showing that it works:

I'm not sure why it isn't for you, but you could try updating the GPU drivers and double-check Windows Updates ('forcing' it in Windows 10 by going to Start>Settings>Update and Security>Check For Updates - even with "Automatic (Recomennded)" selected in the "Choose how updates are installed", I have sometimes found that nothing 'came down the pipe', but it found something, when it was 'forced' to look for it, since the Beta). Perhaps this will help you, too.
Bandicam also had an Update, only about a week ago - maybe try that, if you haven't yet - it may help with this issue, too.
Just in case it is specific to a GPU/Driver: I am running an AMD R9 GPU - if you have an NVIDIA GPU, it may be a temporary issue with that (driver, etc) [I have nothing against NVIDIA, I purchase both from time to time, they each have their troubles sometimes].
Just some ideas - hopefully it will be working how you want it to, soon!
