Sound is not loud Enough

I run Windows 7 and recorded some Skyrim gameplay and used Windows Live Movie Maker to edit the clip. Everything is fine, except the sound is not loud enough.. I'm pretty sure all my sound settings are maxed, any idea what it could be? Thanks

1. Our Basic FAQ is as follows:

1) Set "Speakers" as default device
2) Choose "Win7 sound (WASAPI)" in Bandicam

2. It can be a codec problem
1) Try the VLC player: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
2) Do you hear the sound with VLC player?

3. If you still have the problem, send your video file at bandicam@bandisoft.com
