Hello,
I'm using Bandicam v1.7.6 and I have a problem. When I start Bandicam and then I start a game, the game crashes. When I close Bandicam and I start the game, the game don't crashes.
It's the same for all my games.
When I reopens Bandicam and then I start a game, the game don't crashes.
Does anyone have the same problem?
OS: Windows 7 Pro. x64
Thank's,
Bye.

Hello,
1. Turn off your anti-virus program
Bandicam is DirectX/OpenGL hooking software.
So, your anti-virus program may block Bandicam.
Turn off your anti-virus program or firewall, and try it again.
2. Which games do you play?
Looking forward to your reply!
Bandicam

=> It is a codec conflicting problem.
* Some solutions
1. Uninstall a kind of codec pack like K-Lite Codec Pack
=> It is the best solution for your PC
2. Try VLC media player instead of Windows Media Player
VLC media player can minimize the codec problem
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
3. Change the video codec from MPEG-1 to XVID or MJPEG (No. 3)
- Xvid codec is better than MJPEG codec to reduce the file size

1. I don't have this Codec pack. I don't have Codec pack on my PC.
2. I need to use WMP for my amplifier to use my reference key from this. WMP crashes when I try to open a MP3 or other file (not from bandicam recording). So, the problem don't come from codecs.
3. Already done that.
I'm stuck...

Sometimes when a software crash can be an hard disk problem: try to defrag your hdd.
