Bandifix.. not working?

i got a broken file some how and im using bandifix i open it and its just stuck like this


its a 20min long video and its a 1 time thing i need it

its a 10Gb file

When i open the damaged AVI file it wont let press any buttons and it wont automatically repair the file

1. Download MediaInfo program
=> MediaInfo: http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net
1) Start MediaInfo
2) File -> Open -> File, and choose the broken AVI file
3) Click "Text" menu under the View menu

4) Copy and paste the video file information in this forum or send the information at bandicam@bandisoft.com

2. You may use VLC Media Player to see the broken AVI file

Your video file seems to be broken due to unknown situation.
It can be a system confliction, recording confliction, and the like

Can you play the video file with GOM Media Player?

Can you reproduce the problem? Do you still have the probem?

No i cant play the video file with GOM Media Player i load it and just doesn't play
