Not recieved key yet

Greetings,

I recently installed the Trial for Bandicam, and decided on the same day to buy the full version. Earlier today I paid for a license with the email address I used to sign up for this forum, and have yet to receive the actual serial key. I read somewhere that it should be instantly sent to my email address (it's a gmail account).

Has there been a problem, or should I just be more patient?

In "License check" insert your email and check your GMail: a mail should be sent with your key.

It says it cannot be confirmed. So perhaps the automated system is just slow today or something? I'd just like a staff member to confirm that my payment was received, I guess. :)

Hello,

We have checked your email account (be******11@gmail.com), but we couldn't find your payment information in our registration server.

1. Are you sure you've finished all your payment?
When you finished your payment, the serial will be sent immediately/automatically.
We don't have your payment information, so your payment might be cancelled.

2. Are you sure you put the correct email address?
Some people are putting a wrong/different email address.

Please check it again, and email us at bandicam@bandisoft.com
