Bandicam Corrupted File

Fri Jan 27, 2012 7:36 pm

I was recording with Bandicam 1. 7. 6. 178 when My game suddenly crashed. Bandicam was recording as I crashed and the file is now corrupt. When I try to use bandifix I get the error message 'can not open file'. I can open the file with vlc media player but not windows media player or any video editing programs.

Help :(

Did you try to convert it with a simple video converter?

The conversion Idea didn't work. Every avi converter I tried gave me an error message. I just ended up downloading a free trial of fraps, full-sizing vlc media player, and recording that. Slight quality loss, but not much.

1. Send your file at bandicam@bandisoft.com, we can check and reply to your email.
You may send the video file through the storage service below:
- Dropbox (2GB~): http://www.dropbox.com/
- The free account can upload up to 2GB or higher. (Files uploaded to Dropbox via the desktop application have no file size limit.)

2. Do you still have the crashing problem? Can you reproduce the crash again?

3. Which game are you trying to record?
