forgot to stop recording

i was playing a looong game of battlefield 3 had a lot of fun recorded the whole thing, i had some funny moments but all that was lost.

i just exit out the game without stopping bandicam recording now everytime i open the video with windows media player in a windows 7 computer, i get an error saying "windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file" i want that footage! how do i get it?
