Just use the game's options to lower the sound. I don't know of any game recording software that lets you directly control the game's audio. It doesn't know what game you're going to record.

Hello!

Yes, this is normal.

Bandicam just records the original computer sound.
You can only use the volume controller of your microphone.

Hello,

Recording CS:GO, i can't low the volume however I don't have a good sound in my headphones... The old software I was using let you directly control the Mic/Game volumes.

The mic volume is in maximum in bandicam and in realtelk audio controler (and +20%).

Hi,

Bandicam doesn't provide the system volume controller.

If you're able to change the system volume, the whole system volume would be affected.

We think it's not suitable.

No but, it's not a system volume controler, it just control the volume of the video... The sound you can hear in yours ears is not affected, it's jut a video sound mix.
