Sound problem ._.

Sun Apr 10, 2011 3:15 am

Hey, I looked over on the FAQ to see if I could fix the missing audio from my recordings, and I noticed that when I switched the mixer device, it only had three of those options you have to check: CD volume, Mic Volume, and Line Volume. There was no Sound Mixer option to check. I already tried updating my sound driver, but it says I have the most current version. Help, anyone? Oh, and this is on Windows XP. :|

Also, it won't upload onto youtube, even though it's an avi file.

Hello Clam Symphony,
My name is Zun from Bandisoft.

1. Sound Problem
- I think your sound card doesn't support "Stereo Mix".
=> Change your sound card, or upgrade your OS to Windows Vista/7

2. YouTube uploading
- It's not a common situation; we need more information like a screenshot of error message.

If you need a remote assistance, send your MSN address to bandicam@bandisoft.com

Thank you for visiting Bandicam Forum.

Hello Clam Symphony,

I think your recorded file is broken.
Try BandiFix to fix your file, or send your file to bandicam@bandicam.com
We will check out your file, and share the results with you.

Thank you.
