I have yet to get my license key I know you have got your money because it has been removed from my bank account with your name on it what gives?

When you purchased the Bandicam, the license would be sent within 1 minute.
But sometimes, PayPal check your payment.
When PayPal finishes their checking process, the license will be sent automatically.

Could you send your "Transaction ID" at bandicam@bandisoft.com?
(We couldn't find your payment information both in our registration server and PayPal)

Ok I sent the number to that email you told me too

We sent the license to your another email address.
