Problems recording games that have small window mode

Ok, so the first time I encountered this problem, it was while playing Tohou TH10.5 Scarlet Weather Rhapsody

and now, it occurred again with another window only game called Pandora Saga: Weapons of Balance (on Steam)

symptoms: it will record fine, but during video playback, first second will record fine, then the rest will corrupt with no video, and crackled static noise for the remainder of the video.

if I had to guess, its because my preset resolution is 1280x720, and the window mode its so small that it can't record a small resolution window at a higher resolution, but I can't say for sure.. anyways, please have a look into this, since this is a second occurance, I thought I'd bring it up

We have tried the Pandora Saga with 1280*720 resolution, but we couldn't reproduce your problem.

If someone has the same problem, we will test it again.
