I have bought the 1 PC license and used the serial key on my installed bandicam program and today, when I run the program, it says that it is unregistered.

I have not installed this on another computer or anything, and have tried using the same serial key on the same computer with no positive effect other than an error screen telling me to check my e-mail address and serial key.

So I paid for something and installed it properly, and now it has reverted back to the unregistered version.

Your license has been cancelled because PayPal reversed your payment.
The money has been returned to your PayPal account.

I checked my payment history with Paypal and you are correct, the funds were reversed but have no information detailing why.

I'm puzzled as to what went on here.

I'm guessing I should just go ahead and register for another license, but what would stop the reversal from happening again, seeing as how I did exactly what the instructions outlined and did not personally authorize or instruct any refund or reversal to either Bandisoft or Paypal.

This is plain strange.

Please put the payment information in detail - Address, Phone number, and etc.

If the situation happens again, we will send a notification email to you.
