1. You can take a screenshot by clicking the "Camera" icon on Bandicam.
(You may take a screenshot of Bandicam settings or your desktop screen though the rectangle window.)
We just want to know if you're able to get the
.JPG image file.
If you can't get the .JPG file, it must be a problem with your anti-virus or DRM program.
2. Your memory.dmp file was created when ntkrnlmp.exe crashed.
(It's not the dump file when Bandicam crashed.)
Could you please send the dump file after crashing Bandicam?
