error: window does not respond, stop recording

When the game is stopped by an error, Bandicam can not automatically stop recording.
He writes "a window does not respond, stop recording forcibly?"
If the answer is yes, then the record file is incorrect. I have several of these files. How can I restore these files?

To solve the problem for system crash:
1. You must use .avi format to record.
2. Use the "bandifix" program (which come with bandicam) to recover the invalid recorded files.
3. You can make the video can be playing after the recovery.
