Sound problems in game mode

Sun Mar 12, 2017 12:02 am

Hello

For some time I have used Bandicam free trail on an old windows laptop with great sucsess, no problems what so ever. Last week I bought a new pricey gaming Win. laptop (msi) and also purchased Bandicam for 1 pc.

I can screen record anything without any sound problems, but in gaming mode I don`t get any sound at all and this message pops up:

So I followed the instructions here but still no sound in game mode... The only thing I`m not sure of is how to disable Nahimic2. Sure I can delete Nahimic but that I don`t want to that, I tried the off button as shown in pic under with no luck.

I`m a bit frustrated over this, not sure what to do - so here I am. Anyone?

Hey blix13,

I'm using the latest version of Nahimic and I do not have any issue recording.
Actually I was the person who first "reported" this to The Bandicam Company.

I would recommend you to get the latest version of Nahimic (in order to do so, search for your mainboard online, go to the MSI product website, click on "Service" and download and install the latest audio driver as well as Nahimic) and try again.

In case that does not work, just exit out of Nahimic when recording (either via the system tray or the task manager).
